The Panasonic's general audio performance was very good, with good speaker phone and volume control. The units were light and easy to move about with good ringing volume. The key placement and action was excellent and appeared quite durable. The keys were excellent and appear quite durable. However, the programming commands required were counter-intuitive, and some required constant referral to the manual. It appears that these programming procedures were designed by engineers and programmers and never tested by the average non-technical users of such a phone.
