Bought this panasonic as a replacement for a worn out vtech dect 6. The clarity of this phone is outstanding with many features including block call ability (like this feature). The price at Amazon was the best value, I made the mistake of only ordering the one cordless handset aband should have ordered the 2 hand set for $19. more, because the hand set is $32 for an individual phone if ordered separately., I purchased this to replace my two older phones. I set the main unit by my desk, one hand set in the kitchen and the other in the bed room, exactly what I needed. The sound quality is excellent, the loudness is good enough even in a noisy room...
