All the features on this phone and expansion handset work very well (and I have added a second expansion handset). I have only two criticisms:1) With incoming calls, when an extension not part of this product's set (such as a corded phone in another room, or such as a separate corded answering machine) is used to answer the call, these units' screens report "missed call" - this system should not be designed to report a call as "missed" simply because it was answered (not missed) on an extension not controlled by this product.
